- Turn Around Times – How long does it take to get an order shipped?
- Depth of Products – Do they have a variety of products to make it easy to expand your lines into other areas?
- Variety of Sizes – Do they offer pet products in a variety of sizes and options?
- Custom Solutions – Are they able to create custom products or formulations to help you further differentiate your line of pet products?
- Bulk or Concentrate Options – If you want to package the products yourself, do they offer options for bulk products or products in a concentrated form?
- Evolving Lines – Is the company investing in new product development and improvement to stay in a competitive position?
- Country of Origin – Are the products made in the US or another country?
- Satisfaction Guarantee – What is the company’s satisfaction policy?
